Human Resources Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join a high-performing hospitality organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR professional to lead key people functions, support employee engagement, oversee recruitment and compensation activities, and drive HR initiatives that contribute to organisational success. You will work closely with senior leaders and department managers to ensure best practice across all areas of human resources.

Responsibilities and Duties

As the Human Resources Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function. 
• Managing recruitment activities and supporting workforce planning initiatives. 
• Overseeing employee relations matters and promoting a positive workplace culture. 
• Supporting compensation, benefits and HR administration processes. 
• Coordinating training, learning and development programmes to enhance employee performance. 
• Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policies and operational procedures. 
• Partnering with managers and supervisors to provide HR guidance and ensure consistent policy application. 
• Maintaining employee confidentiality and safeguarding sensitive HR information.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this Human Resources Manager role, you should have:

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Previous management experience within a luxury hotel or premium hospitality environment. 
• Experience in a Human Resources leadership position with responsibility for multiple HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, compensation, training and development. 
• Excellent organisational, planning and time-management skills. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships. 
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel. 
• Experience working within multicultural environments; international recruitment experience would be advantageous.
