The Role
As a Solution Lead, you will provide strategic and technical leadership across complex programs, guiding clients from concept through to execution. You will collaborate with business leaders, operational teams, and technology specialists to develop practical solutions that enhance reliability, efficiency, and business performance.
Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across solution strategy, architecture, and delivery activities
• Partner with stakeholders to define technology roadmaps and transformation initiatives
• Develop integrated solutions spanning operational systems, enterprise platforms, infrastructure, and data environments
• Support clients through technical decision-making and investment planning.
• Facilitate collaboration between business, engineering, and technology teams
• Drive adoption of modern technology approaches to improve operational performance
• Act as a trusted advisor on complex transformation and modernisation programs
• Contribute to innovation initiatives leveraging emerging industrial technologies

Key Experience

• Demonstrated success leading solution architecture, systems engineering, or technology transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of Operational Technology (OT) environments and industrial systems
• Experience delivering technology solutions within asset-intensive industries such as mining, energy, utilities, transport, or infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, systems integration, and technology governance
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and navigate complex stakeholder environments
• Excellent communication and consulting skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Experience designing resilient, secure, and scalable technology solutions

 
Desirable Experience

• Exposure to industrial automation, smart operations, or connected asset initiatives
• Experience supporting digital transformation or operational excellence programs
• Knowledge of digital twins, advanced analytics, data platforms, or autonomous technologies
• TOGAF, cloud platform certifications, or other architecture-related credentials
