Are you mechanically minded and enjoy working with machines? We’re looking for a dependable Production Worker / Machine Operator to join our growing manufacturing team!

If you have experience operating machinery, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and keeping production running smoothly, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor industrial machines used in paper bag production.

• Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting, setup adjustments, and minor repairs.

• Inspect products for quality, including folding, gluing, and printing.

• Stack, sort, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.

• Load and unload materials and assist with production needs.

• Follow production orders, track inventory, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical or machine operation experience is REQUIRED

• High School Diploma or GED

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work

• Dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
