The Opportunity
Reporting to the Talent Services Lead, you'll partner with leaders across the organisation to deliver end-to-end recruitment while contributing to broader talent initiatives that strengthen GPC's employer brand and future workforce capability.
Alongside recruiting a diverse portfolio of operational and corporate roles, you'll coordinate high-volume cyclical recruitment campaigns. Experience supporting graduate, apprenticeship, trainee or trade recruitment programs will be highly regarded.
This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to employer branding, talent projects and recruitment systems initiatives, making it ideal for someone wanting to expand their experience beyond day-to-day recruitment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across operational and corporate roles.
- Partnering with hiring leaders to deliver an outstanding recruitment experience.
- Coordinating sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks and onboarding.
- Supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns, including graduate and trade programs.
- Contributing to GPC's Talent Strategy, Employee Value Proposition and employer brand.
- Building talent pipelines for future workforce needs.
- Supporting recruitment systems, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Representing GPC at careers events and community engagement activities.
- Contributing to broader Talent and Capability projects across the People team.
