Heavy Equipment Assembler

Location: Montgomery, PA
Pay: $20–$30 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM; mandatory overtime on Fridays, typically until approximately 2:30 PM

Nesco Resource is currently looking for candidates who are hands-on, hard working, reliable, able to read and interpret blue prints as well as mechanically inclined.

Responsibilities

• Assemble heavy equipment and components according to blueprints and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Use hand and power tools to install, align, adjust, and secure components.
• Work with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Inspect, test, calibrate, and troubleshoot completed assemblies.
• Repair or replace defective components as needed.
• Complete production records and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Assist with staging, packaging, and movement of finished equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to work with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Must be available for required Friday overtime.
