The Role
Working across customer service, warehousing and logistics, you will be responsible for coordinating customer orders from receipt through to dispatch, while ensuring customers are kept informed and operations run smoothly.

Working across customer service, warehousing and logistics, you will be responsible for coordinating customer orders from receipt through to dispatch, while ensuring customers are kept informed and operations run smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and processing customer orders
- Liaising with customers regarding orders, deliveries and general enquiries
- Coordinating with warehouse and transport teams to ensure orders are dispatched on time
- Monitoring the movement of goods through the warehouse
- Maintaining accurate inventory and order records
- Providing updates and reporting on stock levels and order status
- Resolving customer and operational issues as they arise
- A genuine interest in building a career in logistics and supply chain
- No previous logistics experience required – full training will be provided
- A positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
- Confident communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
