Key Responsibilities
• Lead and grow the Thailand business in line with the organization's strategic
objectives.
• Develop and execute the country sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve
business targets.
• Take full ownership of the Thailand P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and
financial performance.
• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and
stakeholders.
• Oversee all business operations in Thailand to ensure operational efficiency and
service excellence.
• Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing local team.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
• Provide regular business updates, insights, and strategic recommendations to the
CEO.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards, and local
regulations.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering,
or a related field. An MBA is an advantage.
• 15–20 years of overall professional experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership
role.
• Proven track record of managing sales, operations, and P&L responsibilities.
• Experience within organizations providing technology-driven services to enterprise
clients.
• Strong background in technology services, IT consulting, software services, IT
outsourcing, or related industries. Candidates from pure technology product/vendor
environments will not be considered.
• Experience leading business growth and managing cross-functional teams in
Thailand.
• Demonstrated success in building client relationships and driving new business
acquisition.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a growing business.
• Results-oriented leader with a hands-on approach and strong ownership mentality.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Fluent in English and Thai, with strong communication and presentation skills
