EMEA Recruitment is supporting a leading international technology-led B2B company with the recruitment of a Strategic Buyer for its Utrecht Headquarters. This role requires fluent English and Dutch language skills. The company operates a hybrid work policy requiring three days in the office in Utrecht and two days working from home.
This position will have broad exposure across the business and will provide procurement services to a range of new and existing customer contracts.
You will be involved in all stages of the contract lifecycle, from the building of the proposal all the way through to completion, which could be up to 5 years.

- Lead tactical sourcing (from specification to supplier selection and performance management)
- Manage procurement-related risk
- Work closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders
- Several years experience in strategic procurement, ideally IT or technology-related
- Great communication skills
- Fluent English and Dutch language skills
- Positive and enthusiastic approach with a passion for developing experience and business understanding
