2nd shift (4:30 pm-1 am), however, they will need to train on 1st shift (6 am-2:30 pm)
Temps will not be eligible for OT until they successfully pass probation and are converted to a permanent hire, typically on day 61.
They would train on the 1st shift until they can work independently, so it could vary person to person, but would likely be their whole probationary period, possibly longer.
Once they transition to 2nd shift, they would get an additional *** shift differential.

ASSEMBLER
1ST Shift: MONDAY-FRIDAY 6 AM-2:30 PM with mandatory OT that can extend the M-F work hours up to 10 hours, and also requires every other Saturday as needed to meet production needs.
New Hire Incentive Bonus: *** in 3 payments (*** @ 3 mo.s - *** @ 6 mo.s - *** @ 12 mo.s) *can't have any disciplines in that quarter
Granted, the Employee has no write-up in the quarter, they would get the following payments:

JOB SUMMARY:
Will perform a variety of jobs, fitting together manufactured and purchased parts into subassemblies or complete products. These products can be mechanical, electrical, or a combination of both. This individual will have the opportunity to acquire the skills necessary to advance to the Advanced Assembler #1 classification.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Read and understand blueprints and routings to produce parts to the required specifications.
Responsible for the quality of the assemblies produced. Perform first piece inspection and subsequent inspections to ensure overall quality.
Responsible for the care of routine maintenance and keeping the work area neat and clean.
Follow all rules regarding machine operation and machine guarding.
Maintain simple reports on productivity, quality and safety.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Possess the skill and ability to assemble manufactured and purchased parts into subassemblies or complete products. Must be equipped with all the required tools to perform the functions of their job. (Tools provided by the site.)
Able to operate assembly equipment such as rivet machines, assembly presses and power tools.
Physical ability to do work requiring frequent standing, sitting and bending, as well as pushing, pulling and lifting up to 30 lbs. frequently.
Sufficient reading and writing ability to follow work order instructions and prepare simple production reports.
Sufficient visual acuity (corrected) to read instructions, operate machines and inspect parts.
Sufficient manual dexterity to operate the equipment properly.
