About the Role:
Reporting to the GM People & Culture, this newly created leadership role will be responsible for shaping and delivering the organisation's Organisational Development strategy and agenda. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will diagnose organisational needs and translate business priorities into practical and commercially relevant people solutions.
You will lead the development and enhancement of leadership capability frameworks, assessment methodologies, succession planning processes and talent strategies that support both immediate business priorities and future growth. A key focus will be strengthening leadership effectiveness across the organisation while ensuring programs remain scalable, measurable and aligned to business outcomes.
The role will oversee the ongoing evolution of established leadership and culture programs, facilitate leadership development initiatives and support organisational change projects across the business. You will also play a significant role in engagement strategy, workforce capability planning, diversity and inclusion priorities, critical talent attraction and retention initiatives, and change readiness programs.
Success in this role will come from your ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on delivery, influence senior stakeholders and execute high impact initiatives that drive meaningful organisational outcomes.
About You:
You are an experienced Organisational Development professional who combines strong strategic capability with exceptional practical execution. You are known for translating concepts into action and delivering tangible outcomes in complex and fast moving environments.
You will bring demonstrated experience in leadership development, organisational capability, talent and succession planning, culture initiatives and change management. Your background is likely to include operationally focused and geographically dispersed organisations where stakeholder engagement and business partnership have been critical to success.
You are a commercially minded and resourceful leader who thrives in collaborative environments. You are comfortable challenging and influencing senior stakeholders, facilitating discussions, coaching leaders and driving progress across multiple priorities simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
• Proven senior Organisational Development leadership experience
• Strong expertise in leadership capability frameworks and assessment models
• Deep knowledge of talent, succession and workforce capability practices
• Experience supporting large, multi site and operationally focused workforces
• Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management capability
• A practical, delivery focused approach with an execution over perfection mindset
• High levels of adaptability, resilience and commercial acumen
• The ability to influence outcomes and build strong relationships across all levels of an organisation
• Strong expertise in leadership capability frameworks and assessment models
