• Lead high-quality buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across the UK deals market.

• Develop senior relationships across private equity, corporate and wider dealmaking communities.

• Originate opportunities and convert your network and market profile into sustainable TS revenue.

• Shape regional capability while contributing to the development of a stronger national Transaction Services platform.

What You’ll Bring

• Significant Transaction Services or financial due diligence experience within an established advisory environment.

• A credible track record of developing senior client relationships and generating opportunities.

• Strong commercial judgement alongside the technical credibility to lead sophisticated diligence engagements.
