This is a leadership-driven role focused on team management, client advisory and operational delivery. You will take ownership of a client portfolio while mentoring and developing a team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

$120,000 – $150,000 + Super (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Financial & Technical
- Review and oversee financial statements, tax returns and compliance work
- Deliver high-level business and tax advisory services
- Provide technical guidance on complex accounting and tax matters
- Ensure quality control across all client deliverables
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of accounting professionals
- Manage workflow, resourcing and deadlines across the team
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
- Monitor team performance, KPIs and professional development
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted adviser
- Identify risks, opportunities and growth strategies for clients
- Actively contribute to business development and client retention
- Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated service offerings
You are a Senior Manager or experienced Manager in public practice looking to step into a more impactful leadership role.
- CA/CPA qualified
- 5+ years’ experience in business services or tax
- Proven experience leading and developing teams
- Strong client engagement and advisory capability
- Commercial mindset with a focus on client outcomes
- Ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Clear pathway to Director / leadership progression
