Business Development Manager – Industrial Doors


We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to specialise in service sales for a major manufacturer of industrial door systems. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility of working from home, covering a territory in the Midlands. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing their customer base, splitting your time equally between developing existing clients and generating new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships, focusing on fostering long-term partnerships by addressing client needs and ensuring continued satisfaction.
  • Seek out and connect with prospective clients actively identifying new business opportunities and engage potential customers to expand the client base.
  • Conduct client meetings, review agreements, and secure service contracts
    Collaborate with sales colleagues across departments to drive consistent and unified sales efforts.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on sales leads and maintain an organized schedule to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Direct efforts toward a pre-defined list of potential clients and manage accounts to achieve sales objectives.

Your Profile:

  • Experience in sales and service, preferably within the industrial door industry
  • Track record of developing new business
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer needs
  • Full UK driving license
