Glaze Wiper – 1st Shift

Nesco Resource is now hiring for experienced 1st Shift Glaze Wiper positions at a local facility in Hickory, NC.

Job Description and Requirements

• Apply and wipe glaze on furniture components to achieve the required finish and appearance.

• Prepare furniture surfaces for finishing and inspect pieces throughout the process.

• Ensure consistent color, coverage, and overall quality according to production standards.

• Identify and report defects or imperfections in finished products.

• Follow established production procedures and all workplace safety guidelines.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Candidates with experience in furniture manufacturing, cabinetry, case goods, sanding, spraying, finishing, assembly prep, glazing, or related manufacturing experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour. Candidates with 1 year or more of relevant experience may qualify for a higher starting rate based on experience.

Shift: 1st Shift – Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
