The National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) is Australia’s leading not-for-profit organisation funding world-class breast cancer research towards their vision of Zero Deaths from breast cancer.

The Role:
NBCF is seeking two Supporter Services Executives to join a newly evolving Supporter Services team. As a key member of the team, you will be the first point of contact for supporters, donors and fundraisers, delivering a high standard of service across phone, email and digital channels while helping to build long-term donor engagement and retention.
This is a varied, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in a customer service or contact centre environment. Working closely with the Supporter Services Team Leader and Head of Supporter Services, you will manage donor enquiries, process donations, maintain accurate supporter records and play an important role in ensuring every donor receives a positive and meaningful experience with NBCF.
The responsibilities of the role include:
- Respond to inbound donor enquiries via phone, email and supporter inboxes in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and donor care across all interactions.
- Process donations, supporter requests and related administration accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct outbound donor stewardship calls, including thank you and supporter engagement calls.
- Maintain accurate records and update donor information within the CRM system.
- Manage supporter tickets and inbox enquiries within agreed service levels.
- Support donor retention initiatives and fundraising campaigns.
- Assist with reporting, process improvements and general team administration.
- Build strong relationships with donors, supporters and internal stakeholders.
Essential Criteria/About you:
- 1-2 years' experience in a contact centre, customer service or high-volume support environment.
- Confident managing inbound phone enquiries and written communications.
- Strong customer service mindset with a genuine desire to help people.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and administrative tasks.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications is desirable. Prior experience using Raiser’s Edge is highly regarded.
- Proactive, reliable and able to work autonomously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting others.
