Operator/Inspector

An Operator/Inspector is responsible for ensuring parts meet quality standards and customer requirements as they come off the machine. This role is essential in maintaining production flow and upholding product integrity. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Inspect each part as it comes off the machine per customer requirements

• Place parts into shipping boxes in accordance with order instructions

• Ensure accurate box counts per customer order

• Notify floor person of any machine issues

• Maintain clear communication with supervisor and floor person

• Reach across the table at arm’s length as needed

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in a shop atmosphere preferred 

• Basic math skills

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

• Good eyesight and hand-eye coordination

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to work well and clearly communicate with coworkers and supervisors

• Willingness to take direction from supervisors, leads, and trainers

• Consistent and timely attendance

• Strong and reliable work ethic

Benefits/Compensation

• Full Time

• Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour

• 1st Shift Available 10 hour shifts 4 days a week

• Background Check Required

• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts
