Warehouse Team Members - Voice Pickers (2 PM Shift) | Minchinbury NSW | $45 to 51+ per Hour- URGENT START

Chandler Macleod is looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Team Members to join a busy distribution centre in Minchinbury.

This is a great opportunity to work with one of Australia's leading supply chain companies in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Location: Minchinbury, NSW
Pay Rate: $45 to 51+ per hour- Higher Pay rate starts at 6pm 
Parking: Free onsite parking
Start Date: Immediate start available
Key Responsibilities
  • Use a voice-picking headset to receive picking instructions
  • Operate a pallet rider to pick and move stock
  • Pick orders accurately and meet productivity targets
  • Report damaged stock or inventory issues
  • Follow workplace health and safety procedures
  • Work as part of a team in a temperature-controlled warehouse
  • High Reach Forklift duties may be required (if licensed)
About You
  • Warehouse, pick packing, voice picking or pallet rider experience
  • High Reach Forklift Licence is preferred but not essential
  • Good attention to detail
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg
  • Comfortable standing, walking and bending during 8-10 hour shifts
  • Available to work rotating AM shifts, including weekends
  • Positive attitude and strong commitment to safety
