What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery through to close
- Convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities and signed contracts
- Run structured discovery meetings and capture client requirements
- Grow existing customer accounts and upgrade service tiers where appropriate
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the customer base
- Generate additional pipeline when required
- Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management
- Drive proposal timelines and keep opportunities progressing
- Work closely with internal technical teams for pre-sales support
- Document meetings, actions and next steps within the CRM
- Experience in MSP, IT services or cyber security sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to run professional discovery meetings
- Consistent follow-up and pipeline discipline
- Experience working closely with technical delivery teams
- Commercial mindset with a focus on customer outcomes
- Motivated, driven and confident building relationships
