Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute unpaid break)
$21–$23/hour (DOE)

What You’ll Do
- Manage purchasing for raw materials, tooling, and supplies based on production needs
- Create, track, and expedite purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm pricing, lead times, and order details
- Troubleshoot shortages, delays, and schedule changes to avoid production disruptions
- Maintain accurate purchasing and receiving records in Epicor
- Verify materials meet specifications, quality standards, and certification requirements
- Support inventory efforts, including stock monitoring and discrepancy resolution
- Assist Cost Estimating with quote requests and outsourced processes
- Prepare production documentation like router packages and marked-up prints
What You Bring
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication and confidence working with vendors and internal teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word; Access a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints/specifications
- ERP experience (Epicor preferred)
- Manufacturing and/or purchasing experience (preferred)
