A high-performing food manufacturer is looking to appoint a Technical Lead to take full responsibility for site quality, food safety, and customer compliance.
This is a pivotal hire for the business. You’ll operate at senior level, working closely with site leadership to strengthen standards, build capability across teams, and ensure the site consistently delivers against customer expectations.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee all technical, quality, and NPD activity on site
- Build and maintain a strong food safety and quality culture
- Manage relationships with retail customers and lead all audit activity
- Ensure clear communication of customer requirements across the operation
- Support the wider business in aligning technical delivery with commercial goals
There will be a structured handover, with ongoing support available to ensure continuity.

- Experienced technical professional within food manufacturing (high care / short shelf-life desirable)

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
