The Role

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of business clients

• Leading and mentoring a team of accountants

• Reviewing complex financial statements and tax returns

• Providing strategic tax and business advisory services

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Working closely with partners to support business growth and team development

About You

You'll have:

• 8+ years' experience within public practice accounting

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Excellent technical accounting and taxation knowledge

• Outstanding communication and client relationship skills

• A proactive, commercial, and solutions-focused approach
