Mayday Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading pet aftercare provider to recruit an Area Manager for their growing operations team based in Morisset.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the road, building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll play an important role supporting families through the loss of a beloved pet while working closely with veterinary clinics and the wider operations team.

The Opportunity
As an Area Manager, you'll be the face of the business within your region, responsible for collecting pets from veterinary clinics and families and returning ashes following cremation services.
This role is much more than driving. It's about building trusted relationships with veterinary clinics, providing compassionate support to pet owners and ensuring every interaction is handled with care, professionalism and respect.
You'll spend the majority of your day on the road managing scheduled runs, maintaining service standards and delivering a premium customer experience during what can be an emotional time for families.

- Returning ashes to families and veterinary clinics.
- Handling pets with dignity, care and respect at all times.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with veterinary clinics.
- Providing compassionate and professional customer service to pet owners.
- Managing daily collection and delivery schedules.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating system information.
- Ensuring company vehicles are maintained to a high standard.
- Supporting the wider operations team where required.
- Representing the business professionally within the community.
What We're Looking For

- Is comfortable driving throughout the day.
