What's on Offer?
- Up to $100,000 DOE
- Opportunity to work on major data centre and critical infrastructure projects.
- Weekly Subsistence: £160 net per week while based in the UK.
- Accommodation provided.
- Rotation Options: Flexible 1-week or 2-week rotation schedules, designed to support regular travel home.
- Annual Leave: 21 days’ paid annual leave plus 8 paid public holidays.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of the project.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and cost reports.
- Lead procurement, tendering and subcontractor negotiations.
- Manage subcontractor accounts, valuations, variations and final accounts.
- Monitor project costs and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
- Manage change control and variations.
- Prepare interim valuations, applications for payment and final accounts.
- Provide commercial advice to Project Managers, Package Managers and site teams.
- Ensure contractual documentation and commercial controls are maintained.
- Support financial reporting and proactively resolve commercial issues.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- 8+ years' Quantity Surveying experience, ideally within construction.
- Strong experience managing the commercial aspects of large-scale construction projects.
- Proven experience in cost control, procurement and contract administration.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial practices.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical and financial management skills.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- MEP/CSA and data centre, industrial or mission-critical experience would be advantageous.
