About the Opportunity
An excellent entry point into commercial real estate, supporting an established commercial sales and leasing team. This role suits career changers, graduates, or professionals from administrative, customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, or corporate backgrounds who are keen to build a long-term career in property. Full training is provided, with exposure to commercial transactions from the ground up in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing property listings, proposals, and marketing material
- Coordinate inspections, meetings, and campaign timelines
- Maintain property databases, CRM systems, and reporting
- Provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support to senior agents
- Communicate professionally with clients, tenants, and external stakeholders
- Support sales and leasing documentation through to transaction completion

- Administration or office support: document preparation, data entry, scheduling, attention to detail
- Customer service or hospitality: professional communication, relationship building, problem-solving, handling enquiries

- Property-related exposure (optional): residential real estate, facilities, construction, or conveyancing

- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Real estate experience is not required
- SA Real Estate Registration (or willingness to obtain)
