The Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager for People, you will assist as a HR Generalist across the business both in Geelong and other sites. This is an 18 month fixed term position. Assisting with all facets of the employee life cycle, partnering with key stakeholder to assist with recruitment, performance management and employee relations case management, ensuring development and implementation of contemporary practices and processes, providing advisory support with all facets of HR and also ensuring policies and practices are current for WHS. Ensuring compliance with policies, producing data for reporting and working with the senior manager to embed strategic planning across the organisation. Some travel to other sites will be required. Salary circa $120kpkg
About You
Experienced and qualified in HR best practice and ideally from the sector where you have worked with SCHCADS awards. A people person with natural communication skills, you have confidence in working with employee relations matters and bring a strong understanding of WHS to embed policies and processes. Able to work easily with Microsoft, data and reporting, you have the experience to build credible and trusted stakeholder relationships, you can influence and also bring exceptional time management.
