We are seeking an experienced Payroll & Benefits Advisor to join a collaborative People & Culture team. This role is responsible for delivering accurate end-to-end payroll services, employee benefits administration, and payroll compliance while providing exceptional support to employees and stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong payroll processing, reconciliation, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end payroll processing for a large workforce
- Complex payroll calculations, adjustments, and reconciliations
- Processing employee commencements, variations, and terminations
- Managing superannuation, tax, workers compensation, and leave payments
- Assisting with payroll reporting, audits, and compliance requirements
- Providing payroll advice and support to employees and managers
- Maintaining payroll records and ensuring data integrity
- Supporting payroll improvement initiatives and system enhancements
To be successful, you will have:
- Proven end-to-end payroll experience
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, awards, superannuation, and taxation requirements
- Experience processing employee lifecycle transactions from onboarding through to termination
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict payroll deadlines
- Experience with Aurion or similar payroll/HRIS platforms
- Experience working within a large, complex organisation
