Key Responsibilities

• Assemble timber frames and trusses from plans and specifications
• Operate saws, nail guns, and other workshop tools safely and efficiently
• Measure, cut, and inspect timber for quality and accuracy
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines
• Keep your workspace safe, organised, and tidy

What We're Looking For

• Experience in frame and truss manufacturing, carpentry, or hammer hand work
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or plans
• Strong practical skills and good hand-eye coordination
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual, repetitive tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and a great team player
