Continence Nurse | Permanent Part-Time | $80K-$105K + Super Pro-rata | SOR

Talent Quarter is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established not-for-profit organisation for an experienced Continence Nurse to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for a nurse with strong continence experience, particularly within the disability sector, who is looking for a permanent part-time role with a supportive team and a good level of autonomy.

The role will involve providing continence assessments, recommendations and ongoing support to children and adults in the community. You’ll work closely with participants, families, carers and other healthcare professionals to provide practical, person-centred support.

The role:
• Permanent part-time
• Perth-based, primarily working south of the river
• $80,000-$105,000 + super + salary packaging
• Community-based work
• Work vehicle available for business use
• Ongoing professional development and clinical support

About you:
• Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Minimum 2 years' nursing experience
• Strong experience in continence assessment and management
• Disability continence experience is essential
• Experience working with both adults and children
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Current WA Driver's Licence
• Working with Children Check/NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current or willing to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Clearance

Experience in community, disability or paediatric settings will be highly regarded.
