About the role:
This Quality Manager will be responsible for the provision and co-ordination of clinical KPI’s, quality care standards, compliance and education programs across 3 x aged care residential homes based in the Newcastle region that meets the individual needs of the residents and management of the clinical care staff team.

About the role:
This Quality Manager will be responsible for the provision and co-ordination of clinical KPI’s, quality care standards, compliance and education programs across 3 x aged care residential homes based in the Newcastle region that meets the individual needs of the residents and management of the clinical care staff team.
Duties:
- Implementing innovative, best practice frameworks across aged care services, including conducting compliance reviews and gap analyses
- Provide project data and information for corporate reporting purposes.
- Provide education and training for employees in compliance, quality & risk systems and processes.
- Audits are completed and contribute to the continuous improvement of the organisation’s project management capability
- Project reports clearly identify issues, objectives and suggestions for improvements
- Good knowledge of Aged Care regulatory requirements
- Great communication skills and an ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Research, analysis, and advice on best practice and innovative models and frameworks
- Ability to work independently with strong leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and quality management systems
