Temp Store Planning Coordinator

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Temporary Store Planning Coordinator to join their team in New York City on a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days WFH). This is a temporary, full-time role that will start ASAP and continue for tentatively 3-6 months with the potential to extend based on performance and the needs of the business. 

Responsibilities

• Support store development projects including openings, remodels, relocations, and maintenance
• Track timelines, budgets, shipments, purchase orders, and invoices
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor progress, maintain documentation, and communicate any risks or delays
• Additional duties as needed and assigned. 

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in retail, construction, facilities, or project coordination
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with strong attention to detail

Pay: $28 - $30/hr
