An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Principal Process Engineer to join a major resource sector project focused on gold processing and mineral processing operations. This role will suit a technically strong process engineering professional with significant experience in flotation circuits, gold processing plants, plant optimisation, process design and project delivery. Exposure to hydrometallurgical processes will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership across process engineering activities.
- Support the design, optimisation and performance of flotation and gold processing circuits.
- Lead process studies, design reviews and engineering deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to improve plant performance, recovery and throughput.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and metallurgists.
- Support project execution from study phases through to implementation.
- Degree qualifications in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience at a Lead or Principal Process Engineer.
- Strong background in gold processing plants.
- Demonstrated experience with flotation circuits and process optimisation.
- Exposure to feasibility studies, detailed design, commissioning or operational support.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced project environment.
