In this critical role, you will manage high-volume AP transactions, perform vendor statement reconciliations, and execute 2/3 way matching in NetSuite, ensuring seamless and accurate financial operations. Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with full-cycle accounts payable processes
  • Proficiency in Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables)
  • Strong knowledge of 2/3 way matching in NetSuite
  • Vendor statement reconciliation skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage high volumes of invoices (around 500/month)
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of documenting steps clearly
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote setting, participating in virtual meetings and training

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with AI integration in financial processes
  • Previous experience in SaaS or technology sectors
  • Familiarity with AP software and automation tools
  • Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus but not required

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Prior full-cycle AP experience is essential
  • Recent college graduates with a passion for accounting or finance are encouraged to apply, provided they have relevant experience
  • Professionals with at least 2-3 years of AP experience preferred
