You will take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the service, ensuring strong operational performance, excellent standards of care and a positive culture built around dignity, compassion and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire the care team, creating a positive, accountable and compassionate culture. Maintain consistently high standards of person-centred care and support. Take responsibility for the safe, effective and compliant operation of the service. Ensure the service meets all relevant regulatory, safeguarding and quality requirements. Monitor care plans, risk assessments, medication processes and quality assurance systems. Lead recruitment, induction, supervision, performance management and development of colleagues. Build strong relationships with residents, families, professionals and external stakeholders. Monitor staffing levels, rotas and resources to ensure safe and effective service delivery. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement meaningful changes. Manage incidents, complaints and safeguarding matters professionally and effectively. Promote an open culture where colleagues feel supported, valued and confident to raise concerns. Maintain strong oversight of budgets and operational performance. About You Experienced within a Residential Care Management position. Strong understanding of CQC expectations, compliance and quality assurance. A confident and compassionate people leader who can inspire and develop a team. Commercially aware with strong organisational and operational skills. Comfortable managing performance while maintaining a supportive leadership style. Passionate about delivering outstanding outcomes for the people receiving care.
