Responsibilities:
- Implement hospital regulations (policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures) related to nursing services.
- Monitor the delivery of quality patient care with a focus on patient safety.
- Ensure the organization and control of nursing service activities.
- Oversee the implementation of patient safety programs in the hospital.
- Manage the implementation of Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) programs in the hospital.
- Coordinate the generation of quality nursing service reports.
- Manage staffing needs within the nursing department.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to subordinates.
Requirements:
- Formal Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1-Nursing), Master's degree in Nursing or Management (S2 Nursing/Management).
- Non-Formal Education:
- Head of Department Management Training.
- SNARS Assessor Training.
- Credentialing Training.
- Previous Job Experience: Previous experience as Head of Department or Nursing Manager.
