Nursing Division Head

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a well-known Private Hospital Chain in Indonesia. Our client is seeking a Nursing Division Head position. This job will be based in Bandung, Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

• Implement hospital regulations (policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures) related to nursing services.
• Monitor the delivery of quality patient care with a focus on patient safety.
• Ensure the organization and control of nursing service activities.
• Oversee the implementation of patient safety programs in the hospital.
• Manage the implementation of Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) programs in the hospital.
• Coordinate the generation of quality nursing service reports.
• Manage staffing needs within the nursing department.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to subordinates.

Requirements:

• Formal Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1-Nursing), Master's degree in Nursing or Management (S2 Nursing/Management).
• Non-Formal Education:
  • Head of Department Management Training.
  • SNARS Assessor Training.
  • Credentialing Training.
• Previous Job Experience: Previous experience as Head of Department or Nursing Manager.
