- A strong commitment to excellence in education and languages;
- A proven capacity for innovative, flexible and research-based teaching practice;
- An ability to develop lesson plans that meet educational standards if not surpass them;
- An individualised learning approach and ability to demonstrate expertise in the field of the French language; and
- The desire to work collaboratively within a high performing team setting.
About You:
You are passionate about all things French and effortlessly adapt instruction methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities. Experience teaching International students within the mainstream classroom is considered advantageous.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Qualification in French Language
- VIT registration or equivalent Language Tutor / Assistant experience
- Demonstrated experience and passion for teaching French to years 7 to 12
- Excellent communication skills and strong ability to connect with and motivate students.
- A proven capacity for innovative, flexible and research-based teaching practice.
- Beautiful Mornington Peninsula location – a walk from the beach.
