About the Role
Reporting into the Head of Payroll, you will play a key role in the delivery of end-to-end payroll operations across a large and complex workforce. You will also support ongoing systems and process initiatives, with a strong focus on Workday testing and UAT activities.

About the Role
Reporting into the Head of Payroll, you will play a key role in the delivery of end-to-end payroll operations across a large and complex workforce. You will also support ongoing systems and process initiatives, with a strong focus on Workday testing and UAT activities.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end payroll processing across a large employee base
- Support payroll compliance across awards, EBAs and legislative requirements
- Work closely with HR, Finance and external stakeholders
- Participate in Workday payroll projects, including UAT testing
- Assist with payroll reconciliations, reporting and process improvement initiatives
- Manage and maintain time & attendance data within Workday, ensuring accurate capture of hours, leave and exceptions to support timely and compliant payroll processing
- Proven end-to-end payroll experience within medium to large organisations
- Previous Workday exposure, end to end processing within Workday essential
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance
- Ability to work in fast-paced and changing environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Immediately available or short notice preferred
