They have a solid internal capability with teams spanning development, design, finance, acquisitions, leasing and project management and work very cohesively across all parts of the life cycle to deliver projects of quality.

The role
They are currently in a phase of growth and are looking for an ADM looking to step up or a junior to mid level DM eager to work in a professional but fast paced environment.

The candidate
You will work alongside a substantial development team consisting of SDM’s and DM’s and will report to the GM of development. Our client is ideally looking for someone who has had exposure to working with tenants across the development life cycle.
Above all else you need to be well presented and polished and have a proactive and friendly demeanour who is motivated to drive outcomes. Experience across retail, industrial and social infrastructure (childcare, health etc) would be highly regarded.

- Supporting the acquisitions team where required with DD
- Working with prospective tenants through detailed design (utilising internal team)
- Working through town planning and lodging DA
- Working with internal PM’s through delivery phase
- Managing the feasibility throughout the full life cycle
- Final close out and opening of site with the PM team.
