A well-established, physician-led healthcare system in Northeast Nebraska, ~90 min southwest of Sioux City, Iowa is seeking a BE/BC Emergency Medicine Physician to join its experienced emergency department team.


Position Highlights:

  • Join an established team of 6 physicians and 5 advanced practice clinicians
  • Practice in a Level III Trauma Center
  • Average 50 patients per day
  • 12 twelve-hour shifts per month
  • No call
  • EPIC EMR
  • 24/7 Hospitalist Team provides additional inpatient support
  • Broad specialty backup, including Interventional Cardiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Gastroenterology, Neurology and Orthopedics
  • Practice within a regional referral center serving patients throughout Northeast and North Central Nebraska
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enjoying a manageable schedule and strong physician support

Qualifications:

  • Board certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM preferred)
  • Prior trauma experience required
  • ATLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required
