We are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Supply Chain Oracle Implementation Project Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise Oracle Supply Chain implementation for one of the nation's leading healthcare systems. This is a high-visibility opportunity to drive a complex transformation initiative involving Oracle Cloud, GHX, and Tecsys integrations while partnering with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and implementation partners.
The ideal candidate is an experienced implementation leader who has successfully delivered enterprise Oracle Supply Chain projects within healthcare organizations. This individual is proactive, highly organized, and able to anticipate project risks before they become issues. Rather than simply coordinating meetings, this Project Manager will actively drive execution, maintain accountability across workstreams, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
This engagement begins with a structured transition period before quickly assuming ownership of the project and leading cross-functional teams through implementation and go-live activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a large-scale enterprise Oracle Supply Chain implementation from execution through go-live.
- Coordinate project activities across business, technical, and implementation teams.
- Partner closely with Oracle implementation partners and third-party vendors, including GHX and Tecsys.
- Drive project schedules, milestones, issue resolution, and risk management.
- Facilitate executive-level status meetings, steering committee updates, and project governance.
- Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies based on previous implementation experience.
- Ensure accountability across cross-functional teams through consistent follow-up and execution.
- Monitor project health using Jira and proactively plan for upcoming milestones and dependencies.
- Manage integration activities between Oracle, GHX, Tecsys, and related enterprise systems.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, action items, RAID logs, and executive reporting.
- Foster collaboration while keeping project teams focused on deliverables and deadlines.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise technology implementations.
- Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle Oracle Supply Chain implementation.
- Experience delivering complex enterprise implementations within healthcare organizations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise Supply Chain business processes.
- Experience managing cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Demonstrated success leading projects through planning, execution, testing, cutover, and go-live.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience using Jira for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
