This firm specialises in the delivery of new built and refurb projects in the commercial, residential, retail, industrial, health, and education sectors. Having an already well established relationship with several high profile clients, this company has secured a number of exciting projects across their specialised sectors. Therefore, this consultancy is seeking to employ a driven Quantity Surveyor that is seeking the next step in their career. You will be mentored in order to step into a Senior Quantity Surveying role.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for all QS work such as measurement, Cost planning, etc. You’ll need to work within a team of Quantity Surveyors in order to ensure that timeframes and budgets are met. As a quantity surveyor you will be reporting to the Senior team.
DUTIES.
- Manage clients and other stakeholders
- Responsible for variations and progress claims
- Conduct Contracts Administration services
- Responsible for measurement of quantities, estimates, cost plans and bills of quantities/ pre-tender estimates
