About the Role

An opportunity is available for a detail-focused Meter Data Analyst to join the team on an initial 12-month contract, with genuine potential for permanency.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, investigating issues and following tasks through to resolution.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and maintaining data across multiple systems.
• Investigating missing, incorrect or inconsistent information.
• Resolving data and transaction issues.
• Responding to internal and external enquiries.
• Preparing reports and monitoring outstanding work.
• Supporting system testing and process improvements.
• Managing a high-volume workload while maintaining accuracy.

About You

You may currently be working in administration, billing, finance support, data processing, operations or customer service and be looking to move into a more analytical role.

You will bring:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confidence working with numbers and large amounts of information.
• Good Excel and general computer skills.
• A logical approach to investigating and resolving problems.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• A willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Experience within utilities, metering, billing or another regulated environment will be highly regarded but is not essential.
