About the Role
You'll join the Project Management Team responsible for delivering capital projects across pipeline and energy infrastructure assets. Projects range from smaller facility upgrades through to multi-billion-dollar EPC programmes.
You'll own projects from initiation through close-out, managing scope, budget, schedule, procurement, construction and stakeholder communication while ensuring safe and successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of capital engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects.
- Manage projects through engineering, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up.
- Define project objectives and execution strategies.
- Own project scope, schedule and budget performance.
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering, construction and contractor teams.
- Manage contract execution and contractor performance.
- Monitor project controls, forecasting, risks and change management.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, vendors and external customers.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Deliver projects safely, on schedule and within budget.
Required Experience
We're interested in candidates with:
- Mid-Level: 4–7 years of project management experience.
- Senior-Level: 8+ years of project management experience.
- Experience delivering capital EPC projects.
- Ownership of project budgets and schedules.
- Contract management experience.
- Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering projects within one or more of the following industries:
- Natural Gas
- Crude Oil
- Natural Gas Liquids (NGL)
- Experience managing projects from concept through construction and commissioning.
Highly Desirable
- FERC pipeline project experience.
- Experience delivering high-value capital projects.
- Experience managing projects with significant Total Installed Cost (TIC).
- Knowledge of pipeline, compressor station, pump station or process facility projects.
Interview Process
- First Interview – Virtual with the Project Management Lead.
- Second Interview – Virtual panel with Project Managers.
- Final Interview – On-site with Leadership.
Pay
Mid-Level Project Manager (4–7 years)
- $55–$65/hour
- Equivalent permanent salary: $100,000–$135,000
Senior Project Manager (8+ years)
- $65–$85/hour
- Equivalent permanent salary: $130,000–$165,000
