Production Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish)
Location: Conroe, TX
Salary: $80,000 – $95,000/year

Core Personnel Staffing is partnering with an established packaging manufacturer in Conroe, TX to find a hands-on, bilingual Production Manager. If you know how to run a production floor, develop people, and hit your numbers without sacrificing safety or quality, this is a role where you'll have real ownership and a direct line to plant leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily production operations to meet output, schedule, and quality goals

  • Build and prioritize production schedules based on customer demand and available resources

  • Partner with the Plant Manager, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams to keep materials moving and downtime low

  • Supervise, train, and develop production employees, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management

  • Track and improve KPIs such as efficiency, labor utilization, downtime, and scrap

  • Identify production issues and drive solutions that reduce waste and improve throughput

  • Enforce safety procedures, SOPs, and company policies on the floor

  • Ensure products consistently meet customer specifications

  • Maintain accurate production records and report daily results to management

  • Champion a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement

What You Bring

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

  • 3+ years of production or manufacturing management/supervisory experience

  • Background in packaging, lumber, converting, or a related industry strongly preferred

  • Proven track record leading production teams

  • Strong knowledge of production scheduling, quality control, and workplace safety

  • Experience working with production KPIs and performance metrics

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule and respond to production needs as they arise
