About the role

We are seeking someone who is ready to take on challenges and help us in our continued strong and dynamic growth strategy.
As an SMSF Accountant in our team you will:
Prepare SMSF financial statements, annual returns and BAS/IAS
Perform monthly processing and transaction reconciliations
Support day-to-day fund administration, including onboarding, updates, contributions and pension commencements
Liaise with the ATO, auditors and financial advisers
Contribute to a collaborative, client-focused team culture
Suggest and support process and system improvements
About You
2–3 years’ experience in SMSF, superannuation or public practice (or close transferable experience)
A professional approach and the ability to identify matters that require action and complete either by self or raising with your Manager
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing deadline
Ability to build rapport easily with a diverse range of stakeholders (internal and external)
Experience in SuperMate and/or BGL 360 is an advantage but not essential
