This position will oversee hospital and clinic business operations and play a critical leadership role in driving operational excellence, business performance, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall hospital and clinic operations
- Drive operational excellence across medical and non-medical functions
- Develop and execute strategic operational initiatives
- Ensure high standards of service quality, efficiency, and patient experience
- Monitor and improve operational and business KPIs
- Strengthen governance, SOP implementation, and organizational effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with shareholders and senior leadership teams
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards
Requirements
- Extensive leadership experience within hospital or healthcare operations
- Proven track record managing healthcare businesses at senior management or director level
- Strong understanding of hospital operational management and business strategy
- Experience overseeing multi-site healthcare operations is an advantage
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities
- Commercially driven with strong business acumen
- Willing to be based in North Jakarta
