The Role:
- Provide 24x7 operational support, including log monitoring, remote troubleshooting, and service restoration
- Handle incident, problem, and change management in accordance with IT service management processes
- Perform first-level analysis of network and security events and escalate when necessary
- Monitor and support customer network equipment, ensuring optimal performance and utilization
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding network performance, security incidents, and technical issues
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline
- 1 year of experience in network operations, NOC, IT support, or server administration
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network troubleshooting
- Professional certifications such as CCNA are preferred
- Willingness to work on a 24x7 rotating shift schedule
