Procurement Transformation Lead

We're partnering with a leading organisation on a major procurement transformation. You'll lead the re-imagining of Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay to improve cycle time, governance, supplier experience and value realisation across major CAPEX and OPEX programs, owning transformation agendas from problem definition through to realised benefits. You'll facilitate executive workshops, develop board-ready roadmaps and investment cases, and drive Lean, automation and AI-enabled process redesign — outcomes-led rather than system-led, with platforms such as SAP as key enablers.
Required Skills & Experience:

• 10–15+ years' experience in strategy, management consulting or consulting-led transformation roles within complex organisations.
• Demonstrated leadership of large workstreams or programs with measurable outcomes (productivity, experience, risk, cost).
• Experience operating credibly at senior executive level in regulated or publicly scrutinised environments.
• Structured, hypothesis-led problem solving with exceptional communication, facilitation and organisational change management skills.
• Demonstrated application of Lean, Six Sigma, process re-engineering and continuous improvement methods, including use of Signavio process insights to inform business improvements.
• Experience using enterprise platforms (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, EAM, Ariba, Signavio, LeanIX, Reltio) to enable redesigned business processes and operating models.
