What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and grow a strong portfolio of B2B clients
- Identify and win new business opportunities across the region
- Build relationships within the building & construction sector
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored, practical solutions
- Quote, negotiate, and confidently close deals
- Stay engaged with customers throughout their full lifecycle
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor known for adding value
- Proven success (+/- 5 years) in B2B sales in New Zealand (essential)
- Exposure to technical or building-related products is a bonus (construction, trades, building, logistics, technical products or similar)
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- A natural relationship builder who enjoys both farming and hunting
- High energy, self-driven, and motivated to succeed
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence in closing
- Highly organised with excellent follow-through
