Position: Temporary Staff Pharmacist
Inpatient experience required
Ohio Pharmacist licensure required
Dates of Coverage needed: start October 12th and cover until perm hired
Coverage Hours needed: 40 hours/week Monday-Friday 7:30am-6pm plus on-call after some shifts, occasional Saturday 8am-4:30pm
Order Entry System: EPIC; highly skilled required
Site Automation: None
Site Specialty Areas: ED, Infusion, Ortho
Staff Size: 3-Techs/Buyer, 3 PRN weekend Rphs
