Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, guidance, and day-to-day support to workshop staff
- Monitor repair and maintenance work to ensure quality standards are met
- Coordinate workloads and allocate jobs to maximise productivity
- Foster a positive, safe, and team-focused workshop culture
- Complete job documentation and compliance-related paperwork accurately
